Juice has recently become all the rage, and for a good reason! 
Here’s why… when you drink juice, highly concentrated vitamins, minerals and enzymes rapidly enter your bloodstream. Your skin needs all of these to glow!
 Coconut water is filled with crucial electrolytes that will keep you hydrated! It’s even better than water to rehydrate. You can tell when your skin is getting dehydrated because you will start to notice lines appear. I usually have coconut water in the afternoon when i’m feeling tired as it’s also great to beat sugar cravings and give you a boost of energy. I love this handy sized cartoon to carry around in my bag. 
Nettle tea…
This sounds so much worse than it is! I was very nervous to try nettle tea for the first time but now it is my absolute favourite type. There are so many benefits of nettle but the reason I love it is because it naturally detoxes your body and  helps reduce inflammation… stops your face feeling puffy

Detox water…
Everyone knows water is great for your skin, but of course it can get so boring. I used to drink flavoured water until I found out that its not that great for you because of often having aspartame in. I now make my own, using a mix of the following: lemon, lime, cucumber and mint. 
Green tea…
Caffeine dehydrates the skin, so goes against everything i’ve said above, but sometimes I do need to have caffeine so try to now go for a green tea as a healthier substitute. It contains very strong natural antioxidants, which are so good for us as they protect our cells from the damage inflicted by free radicals. 
I love loose tea leaves not only for the great flavour but also allows the release of more antioxidants into your cup.
